Meet The Team

Dr. Blake Winokur is a native of Westchester, New York, and received his Doctorate in Dental Medicine from Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Dr. Winokur not only utilizes the most advanced dentistry techniques and materials currently available, but he also provides his patients with warm and friendly service in a comfortable atmosphere. As a respected member of the dental community, Dr. Winokur maintains membership in a number of accredited and respected dental organizations, including the American Dental Association, Connecticut State Dental Association, the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, the New York Dental Association, and the Academy of General Dentistry. He received the title of Fellow by the International Congress of Oral Implantology in 2013 and is honored to be part of a distinguished group of international dentists who both surgically place and restore dental implants. Dr. Winokur and his wife, Kiersten, are residents of Ridgefield, CT. They are proud parents to their beautiful girls, Sloane and Liv. Dr. Winokur is an avid golfer and since moving to the suburbs has become quite the grill master. When not playing golf or grilling, he enjoys spending time with his friends and family, traveling, and living a healthy lifestyle.

Dr. Brian Jaroniewski originates from the midwestern town of Boyne Falls, Michigan. Always interested in the field of dentistry, he started his career as a Dental Hygienist, receiving his Associate degree in Applied Science at Ferris State University. In 2008, Dr. Jaroniewski moved to Fairfield, Connecticut where he worked as a Dental Hygienist for several years before deciding to go back to school to pursue his Doctorate in Dental Medicine from the University of Connecticut School of Dental Medicine. He went on to complete his residency at Danbury Hospital before joining the team at Rolling Hills Dentistry. Dr. Jaroniewski prides himself in providing compassionate care to all of his patients and has been recognized for his work with patients that have special needs, disabilities and those that are considered to be medically fragile. Dr. Jaroniewski maintains membership in a number of accredited and respected dental organizations, including the American Dental Association and the Connecticut State Dental Association. Dr. Jaroniewski considers himself a “car guy” with special interest in restoration projects. He also enjoys sports, travel and frequenting local restaurants. He resides in Newtown, Connecticut with his wife and daughter.

Dr. Elizabeth Colby grew up in Indianapolis, IN. She earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in Boston, MA and practiced general dentistry in Massachusetts and Rhode Island before moving to Connecticut and joining the Rolling Hills Dentistry team. She is a member of the American Dental Association and the Connecticut Dental Association and regularly partakes in continuing education to further her skills and stay up-to-date on best treatment practices. Dr. Colby addresses every patient with compassion and a gentle touch, always striving to create a positive experience. In her spare time, Dr. Colby enjoys hiking, ice skating, and sewing. Dr. Colby and her significant other Brett live in Danbury with their deaf, toothless cat named Buzz Lightyear.

With over 20 years of practicing as a Dental Hygienist, Ellen’s first priority is the comfort and health of her patients.  Her focus is on prevention and explaining the link between oral health and one’s general health.  A native of Danbury, Ellen and her husband Dan are proud parents of twin boys that make every day an adventure!  When not working she loves to watch her boy's sporting events, travel, cook and spend time with family.

I started working in the dental field while I was getting my bachelor's degree. After graduation, I didn’t see the need to change careers because I loved what I was doing. I have been in the same practice for a few years now and I see it as my second family. I love to interact with people and make them feel comfortable and I know they appreciate my compassion and competence. I’m also fluent in Portuguese and Spanish which sometimes is helpful to our patients.

I feel very fortunate to work with Rolling Hills Dentistry because we are all about the well-being of our patients. When I’m not at work I love to spend time with my family, I enjoy the beach, hiking, and visiting new places.

I started working with Dr. Boyce in 1998 and transitioned with her to Rolling Hills Dentistry in April of 2018. I am ICE (Infection Control), RHS (Radiation Health and Safety), and CPR certified. I am skilled in both front office administration and direct patient care. When I am not working I enjoy teaching cardio dance class, working on my water garden and spending time with my two nieces.

Hi! My name is Kiersten, I am originally from South Jersey and I went to school in Philadelphia at Drexel University where I received my Bachelor's Degree in Design and Merchandising with a minor in Business. Although I have been seen at the practice from the very start, I officially joined the team in July of 2019. My title here is Director of Operations where I focus my attention on perfecting the patient experience and assisting the entire team on their day-to-day functions. My husband and I recently moved to Ridgefield and we love our new community and the surrounding towns. We consider ourselves "foodies" so we really enjoy trying new restaurants around the area. Our daughters, Sloane and Liv, light up our life. I am sure you will see them running around the office. I look forward to the opportunity to meet you.

Hey Everyone! My name is Jess. I have been working in the dental industry for the past 5 years as a Front Office Coordinator. Happiness starts with a smile, which is why I love what I do. It’s great to be part of an art that can bring a smile to people’s faces and change their life.

I have been a part of the Rolling Hills Dentistry team for the past year now and I love working alongside people who work hard, truly care about the patients and like to have fun while doing it all.

A lifelong resident of Fairfield County, CT. I enjoy what the area has to offer for a top quality experience of life. I have worked in the dental field for over 35 years and enjoy not only the all around aspects of the dental industry, but also the opportunity to interact with people and forge long lasting relationships.

As a recently joined member of the Rolling Hills Dental team, it is a joy to come to the office knowing that the day will be filled with a fun atmosphere and a professional attitude in treating each and every patient. Outside of work I enjoy spending time with family, visiting wine vineyards, trying new restaurants and attending the occasional country music concert.

I recently graduated with my Masters in Human Resources from Southern New Hampshire University. I love baking in my spare time. I even started a business with my sister, Gals Who Bake. I adore my cat, Lilah, and like to spend time with friends and family on the weekends. You can find me enjoying a walk outside.
